Upper Level Management at Los Ocampo expects the following for this role.
Kitchen Staff
​The host or hostess is friendly, energetic, and engaging. He or she will need to cheerfully greet guests, take them to their table and provide them with silverware and a menu. He or she is the first person that our guest sees when entering Los Ocampo, setting the tone for the rest of the dining experience.
​Duties for the kitchen staff include:

Learn all the preparation of the food.

Respond to orders that are rung up through the point of sale.

Work fast and efficiently.

Work as a team to complete the necessary tasks.

Be able to wash dishes if needed.

Must be versatile and take orders from the Kitchen Manager, Shift Lead or General Manager.

Must be able to read and write for preparation purposes.
