Kitchen staff

Upper Level Management at Los Ocampo expects the following for this role.
Kitchen Staff
​The host or hostess is friendly, energetic, and engaging. He or she will need to cheerfully greet guests, take them to their table and provide them with silverware and a menu. He or she is the first person that our guest sees when entering Los Ocampo,  setting the tone for the rest of the dining experience.

​Duties for the kitchen staff include:

  • Learn all the preparation of the food.

  • Respond to orders that are rung up through the point of sale.

  • Work fast and efficiently.

  • Work as a team to complete the necessary tasks.

  • Be able to wash dishes if needed.

  • Must be versatile and take orders from the Kitchen Manager, Shift Lead or General Manager.

  • Must be able to read and write for preparation purposes.

Kitchen Staff Qualifying Skills:
Team Member, Responds to Constructive Criticism, Understands Customer Service, Self-Motivated, High Energy Level, Ability to Multi-task, Demonstrates Verbal and Nonverbal Communication, Can Handle Stressful Situations
