Upper Level Management at Los Ocampo expects the following for this role.
Host / Hostess
​The host or hostess is friendly, energetic, and engaging. He or she will need to cheerfully greet guests, take them to their table and provide them with silverware and a menu. He or she is the first person that our guest sees when entering Los Ocampo,  setting the tone for the rest of the dining experience.

​Duties for the host / hostess include:

  • Greet guests in a timely manner.

  • Seat guests with menus and silverware.

  • Delegate tables to waitstaff.

  • Manage to-go orders.

  • Prioritize tasks in order of importance.

  • Learn the point of sale system.

  • Learn the menu and what item make up each dish.
