Host / Hostess
​The host or hostess is friendly, energetic, and engaging. He or she will need to cheerfully greet guests, take them to their table and provide them with silverware and a menu. He or she is the first person that our guest sees when entering Los Ocampo, setting the tone for the rest of the dining experience.
​Duties for the host / hostess include:

Greet guests in a timely manner.

Seat guests with menus and silverware.

Delegate tables to waitstaff.

Manage to-go orders.

Prioritize tasks in order of importance.

Learn the point of sale system.

Learn the menu and what item make up each dish.
