We are pleased to offer food truck service for all types of events, personal or business!
We offer service for events in a 25 mile radius of the Twin Cities.
Food Truck Minimum
Our minimum for food truck rentals is $1,000.00 per event. Of that $1,000, a deposit of $200 is required to secure the date of the event. The remaining $800 can be reached in 2 ways or a combination of both.
1. The host covers the total cost up front for the whole event. The current amount per guest is $17 per person. An additional charge may be added if the $1,000.00 minimum is not reached with guest count.
2. Guests purchase their own food and beverage from the food truck menu reaching the minimum.
3. Guests purchase their own food and beverage from the food truck menu and host covers the difference up to the minimum if guest purchasing does not reach the minimum.
We offer burritos, American tacos, Mexican tacos, flour quesadillas, nachos, burrito bowls, guacamole, queso blanco, elotes, esquites, coke products, Jarritos and bottled water.
Meats & Fillings
We traditionally offer grilled steak (carne asada), marinated pork (al pastor), chipotle chicken (tinga de pollo) and sautéed veggies (vegetales) as filling options but other meats may be requested for your event.
